At Weiss Watch Company, every timepiece is individually assembled by hand and built to order. Weiss watches are not held as general ready-to-ship retail inventory. Production, component allocation, workshop capacity, and fulfillment planning are committed after purchase for the customer’s order.

Made-to-Order Timepieces

All Weiss timepieces are final sale except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Because each Weiss watch is built to order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed, except where required by mandatory law. This applies to all Weiss timepieces, including standard issue, limited edition, and custom configurations.

For customers in the European Union: Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Weiss timepieces are individually produced to order after purchase. Accordingly, Weiss considers its timepieces to fall within the made-to-order/custom goods exception where applicable.

Submission of a withdrawal request does not mean the request has been accepted or that a refund is automatically due. Each request will be reviewed for eligibility, including whether the product is made to order, made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalised, exempt under applicable law, outside the permitted period, worn, altered, sized, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise no longer in new condition.


Condition of Returned Goods Where a Mandatory Right Applies

Where mandatory law requires us to accept a return or withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unsized, complete, and with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, straps, components, and protective materials.

We reserve all rights available under applicable law, including the right to refuse ineligible returns and/or deduct for any diminished value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, and related costs are the customer’s responsibility except where mandatory law requires otherwise.


Accessories

Accessories, including straps, tools, and small goods, are final sale except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Items that have been worn, used, installed, altered, damaged, or returned incomplete are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by mandatory law.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Production planning, component allocation, and fulfillment preparation begin shortly after an order is placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.


Shipping

Orders ship within two business days of completion. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Domestic U.S. timepiece orders include complimentary insured shipping.

If you would like merchandise shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via FedEx or another insured carrier selected by Weiss Watch Company.

Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may result in additional duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Quality & Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your timepiece arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly — ideally within 10 days of delivery — so we can review the situation and make it right.
